Super Power Actor™️ – Acting & Performance Training Programs

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, workshops, immersive programs, masterclasses, intensives, digital materials, and training sessions conducted under the brand Super Power Actor™️, founded by Ashok Kumar Beniwal (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.
1. Enrollment & Seat Reservation
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full or partial payment (as applicable).
For limited-capacity programs, payment reserves a seat in a specific batch. Seats are allocated in advance and are held exclusively for enrolled participants.
Seats are not transferable without prior written approval.
2. Cancellation Before Program Commencement
If a participant wishes to withdraw before the official program start date:
• A written cancellation request must be submitted via email.
• Requests will be reviewed based on the timing of the request and program commitments already made.
• Administrative or processing charges may apply where applicable.
Refund approval is not automatic and is subject to review.
3. No Refund After Program Commencement
Once a course, workshop, immersive program, or batch has commenced:
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Non-attendance, partial attendance, or voluntary withdrawal does not qualify for a refund.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations does not constitute grounds for refund.
Acting training is experiential in nature and requires active participation and commitment.
4. Installment-Based Enrollments
If enrollment is made under an installment plan:
• The full program fee remains payable as agreed at the time of enrollment.
• Failure to attend sessions does not cancel the financial commitment.
• Missed installments may result in suspension of access until dues are cleared.
5. Rescheduling & Batch Transfers
Requests for rescheduling or transfer to a future batch may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to:
• Seat availability
• Program timelines
• Internal approval
• Possible administrative charges
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
6. Workshops, Intensives & Masterclasses
For short-term workshops or single-event masterclasses:
• Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the event may not be eligible for refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for refund.
7. Digital & Online Access
For online programs:
• Access to session links, recordings, digital materials, or course portals constitutes service delivery.
• Once access has been granted, fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified technical failure preventing access.
8. Program Modifications by Organizer
We reserve the right to:
• Reschedule sessions
• Modify session formats
• Change venues
• Assign substitute trainers if necessary
If a program is cancelled by the organizer, participants may be offered:
• Rescheduling options
• Program credit
• Refund, where appropriate
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Participants agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute through a bank or payment provider.
In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide relevant enrollment and attendance records to payment processors.
11. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• It will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Processing timelines depend on the payment gateway and banking system.
