These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in programs, workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions offered under the brand Super Power Actor™️, founded by Ashok Kumar Beniwal (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Participants under the age of 18 must:

• Ensure that all payments are made by a parent or legal guardian
• Participate under the supervision and responsibility of the guardian
The parent or legal guardian enrolling a minor agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor participant.
We reserve the right to request parental consent documentation where necessary.

2. Nature of Services
Super Power Actor™️ provides structured acting and performance training programs, including:
• On-camera performance training
• Emotional embodiment exercises
• Voice and expression development
• Workshops, masterclasses, and immersive acting programs
All programs are educational and skill-development based in nature.
We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.
Participation in our programs does not guarantee casting opportunities, employment, financial success, representation, or specific career outcomes.
Individual progress depends on personal effort, consistency, and external industry factors.
3. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility
Certain workshops and immersive programs may involve:
• Physical movement
• Vocal projection
• Emotional expression exercises
• Stage or camera performance activities
By participating, you acknowledge that:
• You are physically and mentally fit to participate
• You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation
• You will exercise personal judgment and remain within your limits
Participants are responsible for consulting a medical professional before engaging in any physical activity if they have health concerns.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Participation in our programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
• We shall not be liable for injuries arising from failure to follow instructions or from participation beyond personal limits.

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment through authorized payment gateways.

• Change pricing without prior notice

Participants may not:

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Media & Recording
Workshops and sessions may be recorded for internal educational purposes.
Photographs or video clips from live workshops may be used for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted prior to participation.

We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
